Recruitment Methodology:
- Comprehensively understand the requirements of the client. Specific attention is given to understanding the success factors, key attributes and cultural fitment aspects.
- Sourcing best-fit candidates from our data-bank, pre-screened, shortlisted prospective candidates, networking, head hunting, or any other appropriate sources.
- Assessments are done for each prospective candidate in terms of precise job requirements in terms of education, experience, attitudes, compensation and mobility. We have experts/ professionals from the related areas who are entrusted with this task.
- A prospective shortlisting is shared with the client along with assessment comments/ feedback on each candidate for client’s review and approval.
- On approval from client, initiate/ arrange the selection process as determined by the client.
- Basis the outcome of interview process appropriate next steps are determined. In case the candidate is selected, we initiate/ participate in the negotiations and closure stage and maintain on-going communication with the candidate to ensure timely on-boarding.
- We track and monitor the performance of the appointed candidate through periodic feedback from the client as well as the feedback shared with the candidate about the complete assimilation with the client’s work environment.
- This feedback is used by us to further improve and enhance our overall recruitment process.
