- Ajay Tejpal is an accomplished HR professional with around two decades of experience in line HR, consulting and business advisory roles. His experience spans across industries (IT, ITes, Telecom and Banking).
- Prior to founding H R Connections, he has worked in the capacity of HR head for various organizations where he was responsible for defining the overall HR strategy, service delivery and operating models for achieving the organizational objectives.

Anupam Sehgal

Capt. Anupam Sehgal has over 28 years of experience in Facility Management & Real Estate Development.
He has extensive experience in overseeing Real Estate services with a specialized focus on delivering fully integrated Real Estate solutions including Transaction Management, Commercial and Procurement Management, Project Management, Transition Management, Facility Management including Site set up), Asset Management, and Financing & Budgeting.
Captain Sehgal has been instrumental in developing, managing and executing complex, multi-disciplined Real Estate set up for a number of IT and IT enabled MNC’s start-up and has delivered responsive, high quality and cost-effective solutions to a diverse array of organizations in challenging situations. Being also trained and indoctrinated for crisis management & strategic leadership, he has executively developed his team to be a Force Multiplier to the Organization.
Capt Anupam Sehgal is currently associated with H.R. Connections as a Managing Partner. His previous experience includes, Managing Partner. Myra’s Multi Cuisine Restaurant, Singapore Director – Real Estate, Operations and Security- UnitedHealth Group Gurgaon Head, Office Services-Sapient Corporation Private Ltd Gurgaon Head – Facility Patni Computers Systems Ltd (BPO), Noida.
He has also worked with organizations like Icon Data Management Ltd., India Cisco Systems, The Oberoi and Radisson Hotel.
Captain Sehgal has been a Captain in the Indian Army and a Police Inspector with UP Police

Mohammad Adil Hassan
Principal HR Consultant
Adil is an HR professional with about 14 years of experience with multinational organizations. He has worked in various capacities and in different facets of HR including Recruiting, Employee Relations, Talent Management, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits and Shared Services to name a few. He has also been instrumental in implementing various globally certified credentials such as PCMM Level 5.
He started his career with Dalmia Samsung and Convergys. From there he progressed to Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) where his longest professional stint was, in various capacities. He also had the opportunity to head the functions of Talent management, C&B, PMS, and was exposed to Mergers & Acquisitions where he was a part of the core M&A team of CSC India.
Adil has managed a diverse workforce spread across the globe primarily the US, EMEA, and Australia region and exposed to various organization setups not limiting to ITeS, Telecom, IT, Banking & Finance as well as Consulting where he worked with Mercer Consulting in the capacity of an HR Business Partner. Before his association with HR Connections, he was in UAE (Dubai) where he was heading the HR for 7 countries in the Middle East region for a multinational conglomerate.
